1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the dq999 website available at dq999.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dq999 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operational references.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dq999 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dq999 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

dq999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use the full range of dq999 services, including placing bets and claiming bonuses, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform (see Section 3.3).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. dq999 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

Any Account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed. Any balance held in such an Account may be forfeited.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the dq999 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. dq999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all accounts associated with the same individual, retaining the right to withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. dq999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify dq999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4. Age Verification

dq999 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. This requirement applies to all Players without exception.

dq999 may require Players to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) as part of the KYC verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in Account suspension and may prevent the processing of withdrawals.

5. Deposits

All deposits to dq999 Accounts are denominated in BDT and processed via the payment methods listed below. dq999 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which dq999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. dq999 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources and to request evidence of account ownership where required. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be permanently closed.

dq999 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any Account, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or compliance requirements. Players may also voluntarily apply deposit limits through their Account settings at any time.

6. Withdrawals

dq999 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

6.2 Processing Times

dq999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once the withdrawal request has been approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and per-day basis. Current limits are displayed within your Account settings. dq999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

6.4 Right to Withhold

dq999 reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where an investigation into Account activity is ongoing. In such cases, dq999 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

dq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each Player is eligible to claim a specific promotion only once, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically permitted.
• dq999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and cricket betting activity on the dq999 Platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant betting category sections of the Platform.

8.1 Placing Bets

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections before confirming a wager.
• dq999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market, event, or for any individual Account at its sole discretion.
• Bets on events that have already started (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered) will be void and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market and event.

8.2 Odds and Settlements

All odds are displayed in decimal format. dq999 uses official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BPL organisers, FIFA, etc.) for settlement purposes. In the event of a result discrepancy between data providers, dq999 will apply the official result from the primary governing body once it has been confirmed.

Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. In the absence of a specific rule, stakes will be returned.

8.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market availability — whether caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — dq999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and demonstrable error that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. dq999 will not be bound by clearly erroneous odds that deviate substantially from market rates at the time of bet placement.

9. Casino Games

The dq999 casino library includes video slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and virtual table games supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by certified dealers in a licensed studio environment.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are the theoretical long-term averages calculated by the game provider and do not guarantee outcomes for individual gaming sessions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, dq999 will attempt to complete the round based on the last received game state. If the round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dq999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through a third-party payment provider after funds have been credited to an Account and used for wagering.

• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or operating under a fictitious identity.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

dq999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring Account action.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, dq999 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, less any amounts subject to active investigations. Account closure requests made by the Player should be submitted to the dq999 support team via live chat or email.

dq999 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

dq999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dq999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

dq999 operates on a safe and reliable basis using SSL encryption and internationally recognised fair play standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing wagers.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
